Demand the US Department of Education go after Navient.

For the past few years Itt tech colleges were closed. Then just a few years ago Navient was issued a lawsuit for fradulent loans. Quite a bit of peoole are still trying to recover from Garnishments, and Loan Rehabilitation agreements due to the lack of the US department of education Refusing to Hold Them Accountable.Navient needs to be held Accountable for their actions and all garnishments as a result need to stop. Call the us department of education and tell them to prosecute Navient.
