ICare Owner and Operator Back to Work!

On xx 2018, Ofra Sixto, the owner and operator of ICare Daycare in Richmond, was xx by Vancouver Coastal Health, Licensing, Early Childhood Education, presented an order to remain out of her dayacare due to an investigation following a complaint from a staff member that she had fired due to incompetence. To date, xx months later, Ofra remains off work with no prospect of return. This has had an impact on the quality of care for our children at iCare. Regretfully, Ofra's xx -year reputation as an early childhood educator seemed to have gone down the drain when an individual, out of personal vendetta, filed an unsubstantiated complaint against her. We, the parents of iCare Daycare, petition Vancouver Coastal Health to close their investigation and allow Ofra to return to her role of Director of iCare Daycare where she is needed and missed by the children and the parent community. We, the parents, can vow on Ofra's integrity and dedication to our children, and think that an injustice has been committed forbidding Ofra to attend to the place of work she built over her xx years in the Richmond Community. Justice must be made! Let Ofra be where she belongs: iCare Daycare and the young children she touches with great love, care and dedication.
