Publicize Immigration Hearings

Fairness and Justice cannot happen in secret. Many violations of Due Process in immigration courts go unnoticed because not every case can be covered by the media. In addition many of those hurt in these courts are afraid to speak out loud.

This petition is to request video-taping of cases for those before the courts and then allowing for creation of online video accounts so that proceedings can be made available at the discretion of those brought before the courts.

Immigration judges and prosecutors know when they break US laws and incompetent attorneys can choose not to act, but that should not jeorpadize administration of justice for the immigrants.

That is why in this petition, the main focus is on the immigrants' right to let the public and other professionals know how immigration courts maladminister justice.
