Stop Slumlords From Taking Advantage of Disabled And Low Income

This is to stop slumlords from not fixing apartments that the disabled, and low incme live in knowing they have no where els to go, and don't know their rights. We are people that are afraid of standing up for our rights for fear of being removed, and nowhere else to go.

The Slumlords are getting their full rents each month, and yet are allowing us to live with roaches, mice, unsafe electrical, and outdated as well. Having large cracks in the ceilings that never get fixed, walls that have holes in them, paint that is peeling off the wall. Apartments that aren't clean when you move in, yer we are expected to have them perfect to get out deposit back, if any as they charge you for every little nail that was ever put in.

They keep them all in fear so nothing is reported thus the units are dangerous, and unhealthly.

This is no way for anyone to live, but due to our situations we are being taken advantage of, and fell we have no way to fight this without their
evicting us.

! want to get laws into action to stop all this, and allow the poor, disabled, mentally impaired to live like anyone else.

I am in hopes that this petition will do just that "Stop them from abusing us, and treating us less than human, making our homes not feel safe or our own.
