MEDICAL DOCTOR IN SENEGAL CONTRACT

An open contract was created between Dr Alhagie A Jobe of Dakar Ports and GPA without no review clauses for GPA to detain the performance and the opening open to other doctors as more and more hospitals and clinics were open Dakar during the last ten years. As a form patient of Dr. Alhagie A Jobe cannot be seen during weekends. GPA as to open a new tendering process and invited at least 5 hospitals or clinics to submit their bid.
