Help me fight to see my nanna again

Hi everyone Im cloey I have made this petition as a last resort, I have tried everything in my power. I'm desperate for help to see my nan again as the care home she is currently at  has banned me from seeing her for what will be 7 months in December in total. I contacted a member of staff to arrange a visit to see my nanna as you have to give a lot of notice and sometimes they still cannot facilitate it as they always need two members of staff I rang over 85 times with no luck I just kept trying and trying so I could get this visit booked in she relied on me going and I went every single week. Soon as I did get in touch 2 days later a carer answered and was very rude to begin with didn't apologise for not getting through and then explained to me that she is going to ring me back once she has checked if they can facilitate it so I got upset and yes frustrated because if they answered to begin with I wouldn't be in this situation she put the phone down on me 3 times because I was questioning her about the whole thing. I only wanted to see my nanna. She claimed I threatened her. I didn't. They have rejected a meeting with me to resolve this issue. In this meeting I also requested the apparent threatened phone call, but the meeting never happened. Me and my nan are being punished. My nan is my mum she has bought me up and won full custody of me age 5. I am also over 6 months pregnant with my first child. I've not been able to share my whole pregnancy with her and at this rate my nanna also won't be meeting my little girl when she is born. My nans doctor has put this ban upon me. I think it should be against the law for any family member to be stopped access from visiting there family. Previously before the ban When I was allowed to see my nan I had to contact the care home 24-48 hours in advance to arrange a visit so that they can facilitate two staff members to accompany us on my visit. Sometimes they never had enough staff which meant me missing a visit with my nan, which was so frustrating for both of us. It is like a prison. Worst than a prison. My nanna has been at this care home for nearly 6 years due to having a heart attack which led to a brain injury. This has also led to small signs of dementia. It's not only breaking my heart but it's also breaking my nan's. Last year I followed the correct complaint procedure to CQC and other organisations about the well-being of my nan and my concerns. I received no help. I also sent a copy to the care home and received no response. I have sent a new email to the CQS, adult safe guarding, adult social care, to a number of different MPS, ombudsman, the Home Secretary  and also the newspapers regarding the issue of me being banned from visiting my nan. I believe this is an unsuitable environment for my nan to continue staying in she is very unhappy. Confined to one room. Never goes out on any social visits or any outdoor places or any other activities. They are a number of issues with the staff, care home and environment. Unfortunately I have no power as I am not next of kin and only a ' grand daughter' in everyone's eyes. Everybody has gave up but I will forever continue to fight for her for me to see her again and for me to see her before my little girl is born. We need each other. I have tried to move her out of this home on numerous occations, but Im not next of kin And me and the next of kin haven't spoke for years due to issues regarding my nan, so I have no back up there I can only do so much as a granddaughter. If I did have any power regarding my nan and her care she would certaintly not still be there all these years later. I was the only regular visitor to my nan and it breaks my heart to think of her being so lonely.  
I'm asking for everyone to just help me and please take a few seconds out to sign this petition. I have done everything in my willpower.

The care home is called burton park which is based in Melton Mowbray. This home is run by priory care.
This shouldn't be allowed and I hope nobody else ever goes through this. This is my last destination so please please help me.
