Stop Photo Manipulation in the Media

The media and even government add/remove people, objects, and blur things or even trade faces so that it alters our (the public) perception of the images.
Campaign posters and colleges add ethnic groups to seem more diverse, news articles remove people they don't want from a photo, and even put different heads on un-matching bodies. How are we supposed to know what is real and what is a lie?
