Proselytizing Equalization Act

Legislation is needed to punish any religious group using aggressive, subversive, demanding, punitive, life threatening, and/or harmful means to effectively force others to join or support their religion. At the same time, this legislation needs to have provisions to punish religious leaders who encourage their followers to undertake protests, demand that others follow their practices, create "shadow" societies and/or communities, or engage in covert actions and hostilities to eliminate other religions or harm members of other religions.
