Indiana DCS dose not believe that foster or adoptive parents are not real parents and should have no rights. Indiana DCS that the only true for children is birth parents thus keeping kids in system moving kids from home to home never letting them find a place of stability. leaving these children completely open to the dangers of drugs, gangs and crime. Indiana is filled not only with loving homes but also people who want so much better for these children them what Indiana DCS is giving them. Indiana DCS must be made to help children find their forever now. Every child deserves to have parents that love them and if their birth parents are unable to do that they have to right to find parents that can do that.
