Demand 2nd degree murder charges

We the concerned citizens of the North Carolina , wish to seek the full extent of 2nd degree murder in a deadly accident involving 37 year old Barbara Lankford of Lexington North Carolina . She wrongfully and knowingly killed Melissa Smith in a head on Collison after crossing left of center into oncoming south bound traffic .... The accused Lankford has repeat drug history along with a long record , with most recent being drug charges in March of 2017 . Why should we the friends and family of Melissa smith have to pay for a criminal that took Melissa smith life .
