Valeria is a 50 year Lady that moved back to Missouri in 2008 taking care of her aging, sickly father as well as another 72 year old disabled lady, and still cares for to this day!
As we all know that sign this petition VALERIA ANN MARTIN was on drugs, ( crack cocaine) for 20 years only time she was sober was when she would go to prison. Once on the streets back into society she could not stay clean. She waisted 20 years of her life being lost and thinking the drug was the only love she had.
Valeria was sentenced in 1997 to the term of 25 years all for being a drug addict.... but Valeria and her family knew she did not deserve such a sentence for only being a drug addict and not only did she get senteced the family felt they were too.
After her serving 8 and half years 150.000.00 dollars the family did not have had to beg,borrow and plead to get help.
Valeria was released on this charges from jail because she proved the STATE did her wrong and she should have only done 2 and a half years.
What did Valeria get for the 6 years she did over? not even I am sorry from the state.
Our petition is to be signed stating the fact you personally have know Valeria Martin the past 6 years and she IS NOT A THREAT TO SOCIETY and until you read this petion you would have never guessed her to ever have served a day in jail nor done any drugs period unless you knew her from her past.
