Close Pot Shops at Corner of 15th Ave E and E. Republican, Capitol Hill

Many residents of the Volunteer Park-15th Ave E Capitol Hill Neighborhood in Seattle, WA want to close the two Cannabis retailers, at 501 E. 15th Ave E and 1466 E. Republican because they are having a negative impact on the neighborhood. Legally it is defined as "creating chronic nuisances"

I. SMC §§ 15.48.040-050, prohibits sitting or lying on public sidewalks in commercial areas during certain hours. (The so-call "civility laws)
II. SMC § 12 A. 12.015, which prohibits "aggressive begging."
III. Chronic Nuisance.
