Building Better RV Parks in Hitchcock, TX

Building this RV park on Fairwood will bring more people to the community which is what we need. Hitchcock is a city in ruff times right now. We don't even have a grocery store. The people that come to Hitchcock for vacation or for work will be spending money in our local stores, businesses and shops. There is also three churches on Fairwood for the new residents to attend as well. The increase in the value of the land will bring more taxes to the city's income.
The new RV Park will not be removing any of the original trees from the site but adding several more. There will be an 8' tall privacy fence around the park to maintain a secure safe place to reside and to keep the RV's out of site. Our gated community will have high standards for what is allowed on the property, even to rent one of our fully furnished cabins. Please help us bring more business to our city. Thank you.
