Every human being has one material thing to which they can lay claim for their entire life- their body. No one is guaranteed more than this, and everyone is guaranteed at least this. As such, the uncovered human form is among the most inherently inoffensive, non-affronting, non-alarming, decent, non-lewd, non-obscene, orderly, convenient, non-annoying, non-tumultuous, harmless sights humans can see, in public as well as in private, for people of any age. The lack of apparentness of this truth in practice should not distract from the more important truth of it in principle.
Nudity is considered a sexual offense in PA, but it is necessary to be nude in order to urinate and/or defecate. Therefore, exposing the genitals is not an inherently sexual act.

We urge Representative Gillen to change existing PA law on nudity until it is legal.
