Demand for notaries to open during covid-19

Its is very important to have notaries open to finalize vehicle purchases from private sellers. Without these notaries open, it is impossible for me to get my title transferred and registration filed for the car I need for driving to work. Without these, I am not able to do so. We have no idea when Gov. Wolf is going to open the rest of PA to yellow phase. Meaning, it could be a whole other month until that happens. Open notaries now!
