Help Save Performing Arts Classes in District Five (SC)

In the Upstate region of South Carolina, District Five officials have decided to take away advanced exploratory classes in middle schools such as Imaginations Drama, Advanced Art, and Honors Chorus for the 2009-2010 school year. Students who are in these classes have auditioned and been pushed throughout previous school years to try and succeed in the arts. Most are passionate about the arts and express themselves freely through this instead of sports or actually speaking their feelings. They have worked hard and long throughout the school year and are now going to have all of the hard work go to waste if this doesn't get stopped. Please help the school district realize what they are doing to the young teenagers growing up in the area, and also what they might be doing to future generations with expressing themselves if this doesn't get stopped.
