Kevin Curtis, owner of a commercial & residential cleaning business in Northeast, Mississippi for over 10 years has been looking for justice in MS for almost a decade now.
From 1998 to 2000, Kevin Curtis was employed by the North Mississippi Medical Center, AKA NMMC located in Tupelo, Mississippi. NMMC is the largest "not-for-profit", charity healthcare organization in the United States of America. It is tax exempt and Government Funded.
Kevin Curtis stumbled upon several serious issues that occurred (and may still be occurring at this hospital) while employed as a floor care technician in charge of the ER, entire ground floor and morgue.
Kevin was fired & banned from ever entering the hospital or any of it's affiliates again after questioning illegal and unfair employment practices as well as asking about a refrigerator full of human body parts & organs.
Curtis noticed Hispanics working off the clock and/or out of uniform) while non-Hispanic employee's were sent home if they came to work without so much as a missing "name-tag".
Curtis strongly believes the real reason he was terminated, watched, followed, threatened and harassed to this day was due to the accidental discovery of dismembered human body parts in the morgue, which Curtis was asked to perform in December of 2000.
Curtis received death threats, was blacklisted all over northeast, Mississippi, lost his cleaing business, marriage dissolved and an intoxicated assistant District Attorney put a loaded gun to his head in a public parking lot while discussing his discovery of body parts and book project. Kevin Curtis was made to stand trial with no legal representation whatsoever and sentenced to 6 months jail time.
This is just a nutshell version of the whole situation. Kevin Curtis is living in fear and experiencing dangerous amounts of stress. The local police have harassed him, threatened him, jailed him and stalked him via Internet as well as at his home.
If you are someone you know have ever been victimized in any way by our legal/justice/court/jail system, then please sign this petition! We have to take a legal and moral stand in this country. Why should our men and women be risking their lives at war fighting for our legal Constitutional rights if so many of us choose to just stand on the side lines and hope we are not affected while innocent lives are being destroyed? We owe it to ourselves and this great country to "get involved" and do what is right.

I, Kevin Curtis, have been living in a state of fear and uncertainty since filing a lawduit against the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi after being fired & bannd for life.
I believe my being fired and banned was and is directly connected to the accidental discovery of dismembered body parts and organs while employed by NMMC.
Since filing a lawsuit in 2000, I have received death threats, been robbed several times, have been followed, threatened by court/police officials, have been assaulted, watched, followed and harassed by members of the local police department.
I have been stalked via Internet by countless, nameless individuals and have been made to stand trial with no legal representation whatsoever in Justice, city, county and federal courts.
This petition is my last attempt to find any form of justice in our legal system.
