Who in Congress used taxpayer money to settle sexual misconduct charges

So it seems that members of Congress have used taxpayer money as hush money for the sexual misconduct of its members! We want the names of each and every one of them who abused their positions and abused taxpayer money for this. And we want to know how mush was paid and demand it be paid back with interest! We have homeless in the streets we have veterans that go hungry we have poor everywhere in our country but this is what they choose to spend our money on without our knowledge or permission! They need to be held accountable for such actions just like any other person in this country would be held accountable for such despicable action. This is clearly theft and the voting public deserves to know who's the are. And we demand answers to why they felt they can abuse taxpayer monies for their own indiscretion.
