Tampons and pads should be free in public restrooms

I believe that tampons and pads should be free in a women’s public restroom. Rarely do women carry around $.25 when they use the bathroom at schools or movie theaters. Women having their period is a natural thing, women do not have a choice to have it or not. When a tampon or pad is in need it is mandatory,it should not cost money. Just like toilet paper, men do not always need it, only when they go number #2 it is a need, but why do they not need to pay for it?

My solution is to slowly but surely make tampons and pads free and easily accessible for women in public places such as, schools, restaurants, shopping malls, etc.
