Verizon lines

This petition is to make Verizon aware of the fact that a lot of their telephone lines are down, lines Verizon is responsible for. The telephone lines are hanging off of poles and houses without any regard for the effect those lines are having on other peoples' services. These lines are Verizon's responsibility and their dereliction of their responsibilities are making large areas of Johnstown look unkempt. This has been brought to Verizon's attention time and time again, but they refuse to rectify the situation. This is assuming that anyone can actually get through to Verizon's representatives; the phone system simply bounces you around instead of getting through to a representative who can actually do something about the situation.
