Father's need equal rights!

Fathers in Wisconsin dont have equal rights to there children under the laws, the mother gets the first rights. This needs to change as Father's need to be given the same rights as the mother's 50/50 no support paid as they share 50/50 each parent should be able too support there children. The out rages cost of lawyer fees for a father to get no where is wrong they need to be heard and given there rights to be a father the child needs.
