Street lights save lives

Multiple fatalities has occurred on South Fulton Pkwy in Atlanta, GA. We need to brighten this hwy to reduce fatalities in this area! More street signs, caution signs to make More awareness and safer driving to save lives!! My dear friend Kennis R. Harrell lost his life along with many others which is unfortunate. If we can brighten this hwy with Street lights and more caution signs this can possibly reduce these fatalities from occurring!
