make accountable for theft of identification corporations and government

we have opened the door to immigration but theft of identification of persons inclusive of social security, addresses and backgrounds has opened the door to security risks and theft of finances of citizens within the united states. so far I have encountered several persons that have suffered this abuse. the corporation and government officials that have allowed this should be held accountable for their lapse in security measurements in theft of batch files and selling of information to unfamiliar and mass distribution of the information. 21.5 million persons now affected..... one person i know has had her social security sent to someone else in another state..... someone entered the state of ca and committed a crime....the government needs to tie up the loose ends....
