Demand the City Stop Progress On The "Muncie Sanitary District" Encroachment On Our Homes

The people of Breezewood and Parkshire and Southwind Village. This is a petition to stop the installation of City Sewage in our neighborhood. We are NOT Annexed into the City Limits, so this procedure is not within their authority to force us to connect....YET!!!!
