Demand Social Media Sites to STOP Making it So Easy for our Babies to Sign Up!!!!

I have a 15 year old daughter who is forbidden to have cell phones due to postings she shared on social media. Although I'm doing my part, as a mother at home, she still has friends at school who provide her with phones that she can use on any open wifi network. I also know of 9 and 10 year olds posting provocative pictures on websites. No child that young should be able to access Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter that easily! I feel that a fee needs to be charged by way of credit or debit to register to any new and current social media sites. Although this idea may not change the world, but I wholeheartily believe that it will make a difference! The fees should be donated to the Missing Children's Fund******
