D.A. ( District Attorney) of Orange California is using DNA as a plea bargain that violates individual and constitutional rights. And is acting as a country within the state... For misdemeanor crimes even first offenses. Mind you they say they cannot forfeit this DNA with federal or other county officials or private companys ... personally I dont think that's a sound negotiation for anyone. This could be sold to private company's or even get you convicted or framed to a criminal.offense in the future... nothings a guarantee... your DNA is offered only in orange county even if you havent had a past record or felony... out of the 58 counties in california orange is the only one that coerces you to take this plea deal to fill their data base... local government officials are infringing on constitutional rights in california let's stop this before it gets out of hand alot of people have had the defamation of their character and may have been financially hurt in some way or another...
