Keep the memorial for Jaia and Leana

Jaia Allyson Lightner and Leana Aneka Marie Rubin tragically passed away in car accident on January 11,2019 in Antioch and the city is thinking about tearing it down. Me and many others think the memorial must stay in order to celebrate there life and to give people a chance who have not dropped anything off to do so.
