LEGISLATIVE ACTION FOR A RESET OF AMERICA

With all due respect for the collective work you are doing and have done for the Project Renew America, I must interject that before America can be renewed, American must first RESET. 

A RESET IS MOST IMPERATIVE FOR ANY AND ALL SYSTEMS THAT HAVE ANY MALFUNCTION AFFECTING ITS SYTEM OF PERFECTED EFFECTIVE PROGRESS AND APPROPRIATE OPERATION.

America must first reset.  The defibrillation of a malfunctioning heart requires such stimulus in hopes that the heart shall reset back to a normal electrical rhythm. Computers must do it, in order to function better once found in deficit; and electronic devices are often built with such a mechanism in place, if a malfunction in its system happens to occur.  Our reset is what is first required, and history, as well as science indicates that a reset is a must.

Everyone is in trouble. Not just the banks, the auto industry and other financial giants.  These have survived thus far (before their stimulus package) because of what they could get from the average consumer. Yet, consumer debt is strangling the life out of the system as a whole. But, debt of the arrears need be serious deleted from the records, so that we all can be freed and begin with a new start.  The approach to our economic troubleshooting must be substantially all inclusive because of what the average Joe public can put into financial circulation, be it taxes; retail or investments.  

Before the economy can recovery, the average Joe public must also find place for recovery.  Past debts of the arrears cannot be ignored of this process.  In order for all to recover, the hands of the average citizen must be financially untied from past debt to bring completion to the stimulus process.  Without our collective help, reciprocity will be greatly hindered and the so called financial giants will fail us all. 

Debt can prove to be destructive, and debt in the arrears is worst than cancer that refuses to go into remission.  Hundreds upon thousands of Americans are affected adversely because of it.  Judgment against these need be removed. But, if judgment must come, then, let's find a space, legislatively, to give room (for those who choose) to no longer be judged for past errors of ignorance, and allow them exoneration to be set free. The consequences thus felt, makes no one want to fall prey to such paths of destruction again.

  Everybody needs a chance, and sometimes, its that second chance that brings true liberation. *** 5 years or more of debt unmoved, clogs the system and stagnates the flow of our economy.  TO BRING RESOLUTION, WE MUST BRING A STRUCTURED WAY TO FORGIVE THE DEBT OF THE ARREARS; so that our economy can flow again (this releases hidden consumers to begin to spend again), while simultaneously decreasing our overall national debt quotas.

Some lessons are hard to learn, but learn we must.  Instead of the constant wasted time of Bill collectors failed attempts in collections, (that have made no progress over the past 3 to 5 yrs or greater); let's implement ways that will correct these bills thru either a bill/debt amnesty,forgiveness/relief program, or write offs, that will also benefit the consumer, and not just the Corporation, who sells these debts as slave chattel.  Many consumers need to be freed from the traps of poor credit scores, excessive garnishments and financial imprisonment because of the inability to pay.  This must really be given serious consideration, so that closed channels of cash flow can be re-opened and better cash/financial managed can be attained.

Bill collections need be changed to Bill corrections.  People are already in position to be placed and shifted from collections to Economic Financial Management for the collective whole. This can be achieved through re-thinking workshops and debit/credit services because right now, this system of credit scoring is merely a new way of segregation, that is just as disruptive as prejudices and racism has been proven to be; and the unjust are feeding their own greed from off of it by increased fees and services for those who could barely afford services at the nominal cost.

The records of these who cannot afford to cut through these financial hurdles of their lives are already on the books.  So, instead of reaching out to beat them down, and continually bog them down of their irresponsibility's (which actually bogs down the collective system); let's, instead reach out, re-evaluated and re-think our approach to liberate more citizens from the bondage of limited restrictive spending that hurts more than it should.  The ghost of the past has brought inhibitors to spending and capital cash flow because of the restraints placed upon the people's unfortunate nature of being over-burden and cut-off from society, with no real mechanism in place for re-entry back into the mainstream.  

People are literally dying for a second chance to get it right. Yet, there are many who are still living in the hope of believing that a second chance has got to come.  These are those who will do it right this next time around because they can't take the damage a fall will cause anymore.  A band-aid is merely a starting point for a small bleeding wound, but band-aids don't heal the wound, only long-term attention does that, and that is predicated on the severity of the wound. The Bible's reference for the healing of a nation is known as 'The Year of Jubilee'

Let's make this time of recovery more conducive of a more proper operation by identifying these troubled souls. Let's call them forth for that needed reprieve, and the forgiveness, that could only bring a better way of life though guidance into the understanding of the 'How not to become self-victimized again'.  There are still too many vultures out there circling the weak, the misguided, and the uninformed.  Workshops need be re-thought as STEP-UPS to bring empowerment and restoration to all people.

Nobody really wants to owe; But, to be trapped in debt when you can't repay (not that you won't, but you can't), lowers self-esteem and self worth, until you begin to hide, live in isolation, and deny the light of a new day. All you have left is your own blood, yet, if found out, the blood suckers (those relentless money grabbers) will drain you dry, empty, and worthless to any and everyone who ever knew you existed.

Too many American citizens are not living life; these are barely surviving.  So, in order for any malfunctioning system to work productively and most efficiently, it is imperative to RESET AMERICA.

Forgiving the debt is not a foreign concept in historical documentation; For, even the scriptures speaks of THE YEAR OF JUBILEE that protected personal liberty and equality, and gave lasting strength to family ties in a social structure; as well as a day of a renewal of relationships that established lasting forgiveness and loving concern, known as ATONEMENT.

We must have balance in our society because Balance is what we need for lasting survival. Planet Earth calls for it, every sunrise and sunset. Everyone must be a part of this, and not just the selected few.
