New hwy 99 is a death trap for New Territory residents!

Sugar Land has been a thriving, fast growing city in recent years with many changes that have effected its residents in some way or another.  These changes have especially made a difference in the lives of the residents of New Territory. One of the most recent and biggest changes we have experienced in the past year has been the new Highway 99 tollway overpass that goes right through the middle of our New Territory neighbhorhood.
