Reliable air conditioning

As tenents of the Brainard Medical Campus, we require a major improvement to the climate control in this building. The owners of this building are required to deliver cold air to the individual suites. On countless occasions, we have arrived in the building and the temperatures have been unacceptable for clinical medical and dental practice insomuch as our elderly patients have been uncomfortable, our working materials have been ineffective as they are dependent on a certain normal working temperature, and also our physicians and dentists have been stressed by the temperature during procedures on patients. As tenents of the building, we must band together and hold our rent payments unless Brainard Medical Campus agrees to and provides a major improvement to the current air conditioning system.
