As we all now the plague known as urbis has been a thorn in Manchesters side for many years. Yes many years ago it may of been a place where those who enjoyed suitable alternative culture may of enjoyed the company of like-minded individuals however now the place has become rampant with greasy nonces and annoying scene kids, and we the public now call upon the priminister to help address this growing problem
