Repeal prop1 aka ST3 in pierce county

If King and Snohomish counties want prop1 or ST3 then let them have it. Pierce county does not want it (proof in the election) because we already have the sounder commuter and sound transit express bus service and HOV lanes. So why should Pierce county pay for what Seattle wants. $54 billion and 25 years is a lot of money and to much time to complete a project that is redundant.
