Unite the Union favour Private Organisations and Mess employees cases

Unite the Union messed my employment case with Barclays bank Plc. Breech of contract, salary not paid, bullying, medical negligence, asking me work while head concussion and a lot. Unite kept saying we are progressing. Later, my employment tribunal timelines were missed, they blamed me but I was unwell and my thinking process was slow. Meanwhile, I was not paid Ill Income health plan and harnessed, my living standard went low and I struggled living and now in debts and medical recovery hindered.
The strange fact is what private lawyers can achieve, Unite the Union lawyers refused as an outcome. Unite representative refuse to attend meetings if you are with a private lawyer. So Unite legal refuse to achieve anything for you neither can they represent you.
Now after a long struggle Unite lawyer mentioned yes you have a work depression claim until May 2016 but Unite office has refused to peruse it, although I have medical proofs and trail of incidences.
It's a long story, where Unite didn't even bother to see how the member is surviving but continued monthly fees.
Unite doesn't work well in private sectors, funny thing is my Unite representatives was a staff of bank. So how can they fight well for me of course they have to safe their jobs too, conflict of interest.
I tried to rise above the situation and my recovery and was criticised for this effort, so this is a sin to look after myself. My savings, relations, livelihood, progression suffered badly.
I would like all the people suffered by Unite the Union should come forward and escalate this serious cause. Many victims leave it because they are tired or on the name of future reference or anything else.
