WHY BLACK HISTORY SHOULD BE TAUGHT throught out Medina county school syestem.

My child came home from school and stated he asked a teacher why doesn't his school teach Black History. The reply was outrageous, there ARE NOT ENOUGH BLACK STUDENTS TO TEACH BLACK HISTORY. I went to the schools and the board here in Medina, I have yet to here back from the board. My children attend school in Medina county and are Black American Children. I understand that there are only a few blacks here in Medina but we are here, and Black History should be taught to all student. Black History was Invented by Carter G. Woodson{Negro History week 1926}.In 1976 the United States officially recognized Black History Month. Medina, Ohio is part of the United States and should recognize Black history month.
