SAY NO TO REDUCE PARKING AND REDUCED DRIVEWAYS IN GUELPH

The City of Guelph is looking into changing the Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw to reduce the parking spaces available for condominiums, specially visitor parking spaces, with developers already offering only one parking space, this reduction will definitely affect people buying condos. The proposal also includes reducing driveway widths for future house developments.

Governments should work for people's well being, not for greedy developers that want to squeeze people into unsustainable situations, please sign the petition to say NO TO CHANGES TO THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BYLAW ON PARKING SPACES.
