Possible construction of apartments in the vacinity of Nexus and Valencia. Do not want apartments in Rita Ranch. There is plenty of open space on Houghton east of Valencia and on MaryAnne Cleveland east of Houghton. Vail is in dire need of apartments for teachers. Consider these areas.
