Demand a full investigation regarding Windham town employees posting in an activity with the Confederate Flag is this behavior is a act or patriotism or racism ,

In the Chronicle News Paper of Nov 6 ,2017 in a front page is a picture of two Town of Windham Connecticut  employees ( 911 dispatcher and a Tax Collector seen with a confederate flag in a party . They claimed that the atmosphere in the activity was one of patriotism not racism .
Unfortunately after numerous meeting with elected official of Town of Windham and the Board of Director of 911 dispatcher the request of the community for a apology have fell in deaf ears . The elected official and the 911 Dispatcher claim that both employees have a constitutional right freedom of speech and freedom of assembly;
I attended the meeting of Willimantic 911 Dispatcher and to be honest I feel the rope around my neck . During public comment when I try to explain my point. I was interrupt many time in which I can not bring my point clear . I was informed by the Dispatcher Director that the display of the confederate flag is a personal issue that have nothing to do with him an his department .
I like to encourage our minority community to demand a answer from our elected official and the Willimantic Dispatcher Director , We can not let hate group and the supporter in office to bring us back 50 years ,
