Bring an end to Animal Control with a spay neuter law

We have to pay 10 million dollars of our hard earned tax money to pick up and kill sweet,. beautiful cats and dogs. This is bringing bad karma on the United States. NO MORE KILLING! replace the killing with a SPAY/NEUTER law. This should have been done 60 years ago. each person who opposes a SPAY/NEUTER law should be forced to watch beautiful pets being murdered by animal control. This is urgent. need help NOW!
