End Benjamin Collier's Unlawful Prison Sentence, NOW!

  • von: Advocate ForBenCollier

Benjamin experienced duress through ineffective counsel for an entire year in which his request for new counsel was ignored over & over again; throughout his unlawful detainment, for the death of the infant & including being labeled as a murderer. The prosecutor stated, ......"We couldn't necessary prove he intended to kill the child;" given to a local newspaper in Jackson County, Newport, Arkansas just days after his duress & coercion into plea by counsel. Arkansas medical examiner ruled the brain injury was due to a frontal lobe & temporal lobe injury that caused death including there had been hemorrhaging in the recent past in the dura mater. Statements provided to the police department proved the night before the infant's death, during play, the infant fell off the couch & hit her head on the table & including had done so many times before. It also appears from report that at no time had medical attention been provided for these constant head traumas explained, not provided by benjamin. Benjamin was in fact, absent the night before, including he was being a friend helping this family out from financial obligations by watching the siblings often as was reported to the police department as well. Benjamin's mother recently passed away & was doing as much as she could to help her son get justice all while suffering through a terminal heart condition with this matter. She spoke with attorneys & participated in the complaint process to Arkansas Supreme Court -office of professional conduct & not limited. As the family advocate for Benjamin & now deceased sibling, I was assaulted by more than 11 individuals during her funeral processions by family members & other individuals due to advocacy in this matter not limited. Please stand with Benjamin Collier & tell the Chicago Exoneration Project to stand with him before Arkansas Supreme Court, Governor Asa Hutchinson, & many others to release him from prison as there was never a crime committed by him! If anyone would like to contact regarding this matter please send email & contact information to freebencollier1@gmail.com
