Mandatory Community Service for Felons

People who are convicted to a felony should have to give back to the community. Anyone convicted to a felony should be given a mandatory 500 hours of community service. They should have to do it in or out of prison. Even murderers should have to do it.. They can do something while serving their life sentence like making card for wounded warriors or to orphans. Then can clean prison cars or something. Make 500 hours of community service be mandatory for every felon. Thank you
