Kashmir is a regional conflict or unresolved territorial issue between India and Pakistan since 1947. The news about the protests in Indian occupied Kashmir we hear at regular basis. In actual, majority of Kashmiris want to use the right of “Self-determination” but so called democratic Indian government doesn’t agree. Recently, after the death of freedom fighter Burhan Wani entire Kashmir has just outraged and protests have been started at high level.
However, the core agenda of this petition is to bring your attention towards the use of pellet guns on protesters that is an open violation of human rights. Indian armed forces with the use of pellet guns are making young Kashmiris blind and destroying other parts of body as well. I am referring here a 14 years old school going girl Insha Malik has lost her vision for entire life, what was her mistake? So, stand by with this petition to stop the use of gun pellets over innocent citizens of Jammu Kashmir because we are living in civilized world where each person has equal right over his life.
