That Clayton Trevor Rhoades is a menace to society. He has a long history of criminogenic behavior and is the main suspect in the strangulation murder of Jessica Nicole Alva.
Clayton Trevor Rhoades has had his parole revocation processed, and is supposed to be back behind bars. From the moment he was released, he never once complied with any of his parole conditions. He left the area that he was paroled to, never checked in with his parole officer, and began using drugs again. He admits to lying about his identity to avoid arrest to a Law Enforcement Officer, which is a crime in and of itself, right after likely committing the horrific and brutal assault and strangulation of Jessica that she ultimately died from days later.
This petition is being made to push Shasta County to process the paperwork sitting on Judge Browns desk for the warrant to arrest him on.
Clayton has a long criminal history including robbery, and the assault of a Law Enforcement Officer. He is using drugs, homeless, without money of any sort, meaning that for him to survive right now, he is engaging in criminal activity and thus a menace to society.
While the District Attorney completes the investigation into the murder that he is the main suspect in, the community at large would feel much safer if Clayton Trevor Rhoades was back behind bars as he is supposed to be by the processed order approved for parole revocation.
This petition will run for 10 days, or until 10,000 signatures are reached. This petition and all comments will be sent to Judge Ryan in hope that he approves the warrant that has been awaiting his signature for nearly two weeks at this point, which we feel is compromising the safety of the public at large.
