Do not reinstate Jeremy Clarkson.

No person should be considered above the BBC. Jeremy Clarkson has been given ample warnings about his unacceptable behaviour and he has either completely disregarded them or shown himself incapable of controlling his tantrums He should be made aware that he is subject to the same rules as normal civlised human beings.

If it is shown that he physically assaulted and abused a BBC colleague after all these warnings then there should be no way back for him now, otherwise he will have a licence to behave as he wishes whenever he wishes.

It is not as if there is a shortage of talented TV presenters out there capable of replacing him on 'Top Gear'. He owes his success to BBC and Top Gear - not the other way around!
