stop the bullying of our teens by Osceola county police!

I have watched Osceola County police officers target and bully teens for several years, even go as far as take their cell phones and keep them just to be mean. I have personally witnessed conversations in coffee shops where police officers brag of ruining kids lives just for fun. It saddens me when people abuse their authority and nothing can be done about it, to me this is the same as bullying that occurs in our schools. One of the most respected High Schools in the area has lost 4 teens to suicide in just a years time, bullying is a crime especially when it is done by people that are sworn to protect us!
