Terminate NintendoGamingHD from YouTube

The YouTube gaming community is getting reports of a disturbance.

Accordingly, it is revealed that some YouTuber known as NintendoGamingHD has been perform excess harassment against another YouTuber, VideoGamePhenom by illicitly exposing personal information, abusing multiple accounts, and taking videos down with false copyright claims.

Even though YouTube has its do's and don'ts, NintendoGamingHD seems to be violating YouTube's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines as what it is doing harassing VideoGamePhenom as mentioned above. What NintendoGamingHD is doing is declared flagrant, unacceptable, and should be averted, especially when it flags videos for copyright infringement, although the claims it makes are clearly false and fraudulent.

This petition represents the community inside and outside of YouTube to respond to this ongoing crisis in a valiant effort, so that this would boost the chances of NintendoGamingHD getting terminated for its wrongdoings. Any YouTubers who intends to commit such flagrant fouls, especially to make false copyright claims, expose personal information, and harass others, should not be allowed to be on YouTube for any specific reason.
