Ban junk food on food stamps

I believe we need to ban all soda, chips, candy, cookies, ice cream etc. from being bought with food stamps. Those are luxuries that people don't really need to survive. It would allow for more healthy eating from the food stamps if none of that stuff was bought with food stamps. How much money do you think is spent on that stuff from food stamps every month from people?
