We work at a temp agency and we have a coworker who barely does anything and is very rude towards our manager, our employees, and his colleagues. He has been with the company for over a year and he still acts and performs like it is his first day. He constatly forgets what he needs to do. He constantly has be micro managed otherwise he would just be sitting there on his phone. He doesnt add anything positive to our culture as he is very negative and stubborn. To top it off, he lives a block away from our office and he's always 15 mins late, it would take him 5 mins to walk. For some unknown reason our manager hasn't terminated his employment and we have been trying to talk to him about this problem but to no avail.
