Bruce Gelston

 Connecticut  (CT) Great-Assembly-appointed-watchdogs sent Fabrice Baudoin to CT Gov. Lamont and CT AG Tong.  This case is seen as UConn corruption case.   Bruce Gelston not only deletes Baudoin's criminal evidence, but also praise Baudoin applies " further.....university reputation and enhance... productivity "  to Baudoin.

Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  C.G.S. § 1-200,  I am requesting

1. FOIA records of the reason why Bruce Gelston and his wife Nicole Gelston have a total annual salary (plus retirement) as follows

SERS Retirement 285,510

Fringe   51,211

Pay  465,649

Although Nicole Gelston is not Chief Staff,  Nicole Gelston's   salary title  remains Chief Staff. 

1. Information as to whether Bruce Gelston has double standard in Gelston reports on Charmane Thurmand and Fabrice Baudoin.

In file # UOI-18-01-0004), Bruce Gelston concludes 'Gopal both pursued and engaged in an amorous relationship' (page2), merely based on 4 group trips, in which 'other faculty members & traveled to these conferences PhD students from Gopal's department also around or at the same time' ( page3, author Bruce Gelston, file # UOI-18-01-0004).  I cannot see any objective evidence (e.g. DNA, photo, amorous email) in Gelston report.

Postdoc is defined as student in mainstream universities.  However, in file file # EP 33, Bruce Gelston uses "Chen was not Baudoin's student or supervisee"  to justify Baudoin's 15 trips with a female (ex, current, future)  student, and Baudoin's hire of zero-publication (resp. low-publication) wife (resp. travel escort)   (author Bruce Gelston,  repeat 11 times in file # EP 33).

In Bruce Gelston's report on Thurmand,  Gelston does not allow Thurmand's  to obtain scholarship

In Bruce Gelston's report on Fabrice Baudoin,   Gelston supports the hire Baudoin's zero-publication wife can be UConn assistant professor.   (author Bruce Gelston,  file # EP 33). 

1. FOIA records of the reason why Bruce Gelston claims that "Chen was not Baudoin's supervisee" in Gelston's report file # EP 33.

1. FOIA records, relating to Bruce Gelston's (or any other people's ) decision  on  deleting Baudoin's original webpages, in which Baudoin lists Chen as his postdoc .  This original webpages have been widely stored in AG, and watchdogs for many years.
