STOP PUPPY MILLS TX

The poor treatment and abysmal condition of dogs in Texas is already well documented. We need legislation to regulate and improve conditions in commercial kennels. We would like to require:

doubling the cage space

veterinarian visits at least once a year and with each pregnancy

access to outdoor exercise areas

and many more provisions for the health and well being of dogs in this state
