Natasha Club dating site is full of scammer

Hi,
I joined the site over 6 months ago. I was writing to very nice ladies and everything was good up until i came to the stage where i can request the contact details of the lady. I did this and I have found now with the 3 ladies i was chatting with they do not use their contact emails to write a response. So it is clear to me that they get money from the site to write us guys letters, and have no interest in developing a relationship whatsoever. If you see this site please avoid it.
I have even contacted the admin people of the site and they just say, oh, we contacted the lady and she is interested in you, she will write you soon. But it never happens.
I can not understand how a site like this is allowed to be working.
I would be interested in some of your experiences and feedback.
